Employment applications also include your email, location, position preferences, availability, optional message and résumé.
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss your project and arrange follow-up. This website does not create customer accounts or process online payments. We use applications to assess candidates and follow up about employment opportunities. Résumés are sent as email attachments and are not published on this website.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile security verification. Resend delivers inquiry and application emails. Sentry receives privacy-filtered error and performance information; session replay is disabled. Your browser and these providers process technical data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Résumés are sent to our business inbox, not published or stored as public website files. HTTPS protects transfers to this website; email is not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords or identity documents.
Our standard retention period for contact inquiries and employment applications, including résumés, is five years from the inquiry or the latest recruitment action, as applicable. We may retain records longer where required by law or needed for an active project, legal claim or litigation hold. Records are delivered to our business email system and may remain in inboxes, archives and backups; deletion requires our records-management process and is not automatically performed by this website. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us with the subject Privacy request. We review requests subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not send identity documents with your initial request.
